Mumbi Mubari, KOKO's Head of Marketing, sheds some light on her visit to one very special KOKO customer...
In the pre-Christmas rush, we celebrated a great milestone on 26 November, as we reached our customer number 700,000 - Nanis Kathi, a mother-of-two living in the Umoja neighbourhood of Nairobi.
We wanted to mark this occasion by paying her a visit soon after to thank her for her vote of confidence in KOKO, and to reward her for being lucky number 700,000 in our growing KOKO family in Kenya.
